Hepco History&Product line Introduction:        

1992,national factory started in Hubei Province for Blowing PE FILM product;

1997,privatization procedure of the national factory completed(our factory I),started production of the PE SHOECOVER and SLEEVES by manual in Hubei Province;  

2003,increased the facemask manufacturing machines,started production of the flat non-woven FACEMASK in our factory I;      

2005,increased the CPE FILM manufacturing machine,started production of the CPE FILM for CPE SHOECOVER and CPE GOWN/APRON in our factory I;  

2006,increased the serged and bounded sewing machine,started production of the non-woven ISOLATION GOWN/LABCOAT/COVERALL in our factory I;    2008,increased the serged sewing machine quantity and established our factory II in Hubei Province,started production of the non-woven BOUFFANT CAP/BEARDCOVER/SHOECOVER/BOOTCOVER/UNDERWEAR;and start the manufacturing of the SBPP Fabric by ourselves;      

2009,established the knitting glove manufacturing workshop(factory III),started production of the polyester/nylon KNITTED GLOVE in Zhejiang Province;  

2010,established the commercial office in Hubei Province,started to serve foreign customers directly by ourselves;and established the independent quality control dept;

2010,increased the ultrasonic sealing machine in the factory II in Hubei Province,started production of the ultrasonic sealing SURGICAL GOWN;    

2010,invested in the manufacturing factory of PE Sticky mats &Protective Film products line(Mats factory),started the production of STICKY MATS& PE PROTECTIVE FILM in Guangdong province;      

2011,invested in the manufacturing factory of Cleanroom Wipers product line(Wiper factory),started the production of CLEANROOM WIPERS and SWABS in Guangdong province;     

2012,started contracted production of Single-use PVC/PE/Nitrile GLOVE and Cleanroom Mop head in Jiangsu province.
